Hi! I am so happy you are here.

I’m Alyssa, the storyteller behind this blog. Since 2009 I’ve been chronicling my experiences working in different countries, and all the travel in between.

I love nature and wildlife, and hope to use my writing to inspire other women to get amongst it. In between my adventures you can find me in the American West living out of a Toyota Highlander with my partner, Gary, most likely climbing and plotting where we’ll head to next.
